Specialised programmes are available for individuals with autism, including the Train-and-Place programme, and the Food Safety Level 1 Programme. *Please note that registration with SGEnable is required for Project Dignity for subsidy purposes. |
The YMCA Train and Place series provides tailored, real-life training to support persons with special needs in gaining employment in the service and hospitality sector. It promotes confidence, work readiness and independent living, with over 15 employment partners currently involved. *Please note that there is an age requirement of 18 years and above to be eligible for this programme. | |

Undifferent provides a supportive, step-by-step program designed specifically for teenagers aged 13-17 years old. Horse riding therapy programmes.

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) (opens in new tab) Contact: 6250 0176 | RDA provides equine-assisted therapy to the disabled beneficiaries in the community. They work with various types of disabilities, including physical, developmental, cognitive and learning disabilities in children and adults. Therapeutic Riding: Individuals are usually allocated a 9 to 10 week course, allowing riders to work on their goals and objectives set before riding begins. *To be eligible for the riding programme, there is an age requirement of 5 years and older, and a weight limit of 60kg. Ground Programme: Off-the-horse therapy, allowing individuals to partake in activities off the horse such as interacting with the horse, horse care, handling and groundwork. *The ground programme is currently only open to groups from SPEDs or SSAs. |

Available sports include: athletics, badminton, basketball, bocce, bowling, dance sport, floorball, football and swimming.
Other programs available: Play Inclusive, Young Athletes, Healthy Athletes, Motor Activities Training Program and Athlete Leadership. *To confirm their eligibility, a clinical report indicating an IQ score below 75 is required for individuals diagnosed with autism. |
Contact: 8886 3099 | Innervate aims to make fitness inclusive and accessible for people from all walks of life. They have conducted programmes for various groups, including AWWA, MINDS, APSN and SPD. Their Adaptive CrossFit Program is specially designed for individuals with disabilities. |

Contact: 8040 4697 | Hatch runs a specialised program in Social Media Marketing for persons with disabilities. Participants will go through a 240-hour training which includes technical skills, soft skills and career preparation classes, before proceeding on to a work attachment. |
