A one-year befriending programme to provide young adults with disabilities participation in the community and develop friendships. This programme addresses challenges of social isolation faced by graduates who often experience a drop in services and support as they transition out of school. |

MINDS Me Too! Club supports the social integration of persons with intellectual disabilities through a variety of leisure and befriending activities. Organized by trained volunteers, their activities aim to encourage meaningful connections and shared experiences with peers from diverse backgrounds.
